irctc.co.in....i am impressed!

we've booked our train tickets! or rather half of the journey by train...

and i have to say, i am very very impressed by the indian railway network!

we've managed to book our tickets online as they allow train bookings 60 days in advance and so i did! i know its abit kiasu but we are taking the more comfortable class of carriage and the seats are rather limited.

so i've booked the tickets for our Jaipur to Jodhpur and Jodhpur to Jaisalmer leg of our journey.

the tickets booked online cant be sent to overseas address for collecting but can be couriered to a local indian address..so i submitted the address and contact person of the hotel we are staying in Jaipur. pretty cool. its a good place coz its highly recommended by the forummers..so i guess they are pretty reliable NOT to loose our tickets till we arrive.

and another cool thing is, we can track the tickets online! i've booked my tickets last night..and now the courier status is..
